BEA is pleased to offer you complimentary hotel accommodations at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego for the evening of April 2, 2008.

Policy and Guidelines

• BEA will provide one night of hotel accommodations.
• You will request your hotel reservations during your online registration.
• Arrangements will be made on your behalf by BEA.
• If you are not already registered for the BEA Arch2Arch Summit 2008, you are not eligible for this offer.
• To be eligible for this offer, your BEA Arch2Arch Summit 2008 registration must be completed by March 20, 2008 .
• Please note that you are responsible for any incremental costs incurred during your stay at the hotel, including phone charges, food and beverage, and transportation fees, or for any additional nights you may wish to stay. You will be asked for a credit card upon check-in to guarantee these charges.
• Please look for a hotel reservation confirmation email from BEA.
