All BEAWorld attendees must be 18 years or older.

As a sponsor/exhibitor, is it possible to register different staff to participate at each venue?
Yes, all sponsors and exhibitors will be able to register exhibit staff to participate at each venue.
Are guests permitted to attend the BEAWorld 2007 conference and events?
Guests are permitted to attend the Welcome Reception on the first evening and the Customer Appreciation event the second evening for a fee of €75 per person. Guests must be 21 years of age or older. Please note that guests are not permitted in any of the conference sessions.
What is the attire for BEAWorld 2007?
The attire for BEAWorld 2007 is Business Casual, which is defined as trousers and collared shirts for men and slacks or skirts for women. Attendees are asked to refrain from wearing jeans or athletic shoes while attending the event.
Will there be Wi-Fi available during the conference?
Yes, wireless access will be available throughout the entire conference free of charge.
