The BEA-powered Agile Corporate Portal features a Magic Help Desk portlet that empowers employees to perform event management and asset inventory from personalized portal pages. A suite of Onyx portlets embed components of Agile's customer relationship management system, allowing users to monitor sales leads, search lists of contacts and send messages.
