Catalina Marketing deployed the AquaLogic User Interaction and named their portal deployment "Fishbowl." The Fishbowl application provides service and information to Catalina Marketing's employees, as well as to their customers.
Catalina Marketing reduced development work for surveys, polls and other custom portlets by over 50%, freeing IT to focus on other projects. The AquaLogic User Interaction has increased employees' productivity and reduced the time it takes to search for documents and information. Catalina Marketing believes the portal has improved communication by providing a forum for collaboration and by providing a central place to search for information.
