Travel Information

Attendees are responsible for their own travel to Northern California.

BEA will provide you with ground transportation to and from the San Jose International Airport/San Francisco International Airport and the Portola Plaza Hotel in Monterey Bay. As the SJC airport is an hour and a half and the SFO airport is over two hours from the Portola Plaza Hotel we ask that you leave enough time for travel. The Liquid Thought Forum begins Sunday (6/24) evening, so we recommend that you plan your arrival for Sunday afternoon and your return flight on Tuesday (6/26) late afternoon or evening.
